Principle
One architecture per problem.
Stallwart designs each system for the problem in front of it, not a preferred solution carried in from the last job. A studio with one playbook reaches for it every time. The answer it gives is the answer it always gives.
Why it matters
The quickest way to ship is to apply the thing you already know. It is also the quickest way to hand a client the wrong system that happens to be the one you like building.
Designing from the problem is slower to start. It means asking what actually needs to exist before deciding what to build, and being willing to conclude that the right move is to remove something, to audit rather than build, or to strip an interface back rather than add to it.
In practice
Sofelit Solutions worked with Stallwart across three projects. Its director noted that the same playbook was never reused: each project got the approach its problem called for, designed for the problem rather than a preferred solution. Three projects, no repeated playbook.
