Open role · Internship
Social Media & Content Marketing Intern.
Run the channels, write the hooks, make Stallwart findable.
What this role is
This is the role for someone who already thinks in posts, hooks, and threads. You will help run Stallwart's channels and the content around them: write what goes out, plan the week, measure what moved, and feed what you learn back into the next round. The channel is a product. You will treat it like one.
You will also work on how Stallwart shows up when people search, and when they ask an AI. That is three things, each with its own craft. SEO is the one most people know. AEO is answer engine optimization, how answer engines pick what to quote. GEO is generative engine optimization, how AI systems pull your content into their answers. We will teach you what each actually means in practice, and you will see the needle move on real pages.
You will have ownership from day one. Pick the hook, pick the hour, pick the angle. If a piece did not land, we talk about why. If a piece did land, we figure out the pattern and run it again. By the time you finish, you will have a portfolio of work with your fingerprint on it and a point of view on what works and why.
What you'd actually do
Plan and schedule the weekly content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts, and anywhere else the audience is.
Write the hooks, captions, and bodies so they read like a person, not a brand playbook.
Build short briefs for blog posts, long reads, and landing pages that give writers and designers something sharp to work from.
Research what the audience is actually searching for, and what answer engines are pulling in when they get asked.
Draft content for SEO, AEO, and GEO: title tags, meta descriptions, structured answers, canonical sources, prompt-level patterns.
Pull basic analytics into a single weekly read, name the pattern, and recommend the next bet.
Collaborate with the video intern on short-form so the social edit and the written caption land together.

Questions, answered
- Do I need a resume to apply?
- No. We removed the resume upload on purpose. Show us the work instead: a reel, a post, a doc, a link. We care more about what you have made than how you formatted a CV.
- Do I need to own a camera or any software?
- Stallwart provides the software and AI tools you need. For video, you will want a camera you can shoot on, which can be a phone you already use.
- What happens after I apply?
- A real person reads every application. If the fit looks right, we reach out to set up a first conversation. No automated rejections, no silence.
- Can I apply to both roles?
- Pick the one you feel strongest about and apply to that. If both look like fits once we read your application, we will raise it on the call.
- What should the portfolio link be?
- Any link that shows how you think or make. A YouTube channel, a Google Drive folder, a Notion page, a public Instagram, a GitHub, a Behance. One link is enough.
- When do you hear back?
- We aim to respond within a week either way. If it takes longer, a real person is still reading it. Nothing we receive goes unread.
