First call
You describe the problem. We listen, ask questions, and tell you honestly whether a custom build is the right move or whether something off the shelf already solves it. No pitch deck, no proposal. One hour, and you leave knowing the shape of the engagement or knowing it is not the right fit.

Paid discovery sprint
We map the workflow the system has to survive: how the work actually happens, where it breaks, what failure costs, and what the edge cases look like. This produces a written technical design and architecture that your engineers can interrogate. You can take this document to another team and build it yourself.

Fixed-price build phases
The build is scoped into phases, each with a fixed price approved before work starts. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices. We build against your real data and real exceptions, not the happy path. You see working software at the end of each phase, not a status update.

Production and handover
The system ships to production with observability, rollback, and documentation. Source code, infrastructure definitions, runbooks, and everything else are yours outright. We do not retain licenses, we do not build in dependencies on us, and we do not charge to hand it over.

- What does it cost?
- Fixed price per phase, approved before work starts. Scope drives the figure, which is why the first conversation is about the problem, not a rate card. We do not bill hourly and we do not publish a public price list, because honest pricing requires understanding what the system has to do.
- How long does it take?
- Discovery and technical design run in weeks, not months. Build duration depends on scope and is committed at the end of design, not guessed before it. You get a timeline for each phase before it starts.
- What do I own at the end?
- Everything. Source code, infrastructure definitions, runbooks, documentation. There is no lock-in and nothing that only works on our side. You can take it to another team, run it yourself, or extend it without us.
- Can I walk away after any phase?
- Yes. Each phase is scoped and priced independently. After discovery you have a written architecture you can take elsewhere. After any build phase you have working software. There is no contract that binds you to the next phase.
- What if an off-the-shelf tool already solves my problem?
- We will tell you on the first call. We would rather point you to an existing product than build something you do not need. We take on the work where a custom system genuinely outperforms what you can buy.
- How quickly will you respond?
- Within one hour during business hours. You will hear from a person, not a queue.
